I just found your website, and thought you might enjoy an update on Holly, the wonder poodle.
Now 9 years old, she is still full of life, still comes hacking out with the horses, attends all the horse shows at which I compete or judge, and even comes with me to Council meetings (I am local Councillor for our Municipality) She has special permission from Council to attend, and she curls up under my desk for the day, quiet and so well-behaved most people don't even know she is there. She has a big fan following however, from the Council's regular attendees!

I'm sending you the photo of her that is currently on my computer desktop: one of my students gave her a folding chair as a Christmas present: you can just see her name woven into the back! and she was curled up in it during one of the very, very cold days this winter in the riding arena while we worked with the horses. Not wanting to be cold, she snuggled into the very colourful assortment of horses' quartersheets, and borrowed the "hot seat" as a chinrest... Now THAT is a pampered pup! We don't clip her during the winter, because she is outside so much, but she is all neat and tidy now, looking like the proper lady she is.
She has given me so much joy over the years, as did dear Toby before her. You really do breed the nicest dogs!
